LINKBOLD / LEGAL

Terms & conditions

A clear look at using Linkbold responsibly.
Last updated October 22, 2026 · Launch draft

Before the paid launch: this draft needs the operator’s verified business and contact details and review against the final service. Current prices are placeholders; no paid subscription is offered on this site.

1. About these terms

These draft terms describe the intended conditions for using Linkbold at royhendershot.com, including its public website, branded redirects, dashboard, and reporting tools. Linkbold is currently a limited-access tool. Signed-in users have separate workspaces. Paid subscriptions are not enabled.

The legal operator’s name, business address, support contact, and jurisdiction must be completed before a commercial launch. This draft does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize any charge.

2. Access and account security

Dashboard access currently uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Each user has a separate workspace. An active plan must be assigned by the administrator before link creation or domain requests are enabled. The owner-only admin panel controls plans, allowances, and account status. Following a public branded link does not require an account. Signing in does not automatically grant an active plan or administrator access.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account, using accurate information, and securing any exported reports. You must not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass access controls.

3. Links and acceptable use

You are responsible for the destinations you submit, your right to promote them, and the content and claims associated with them. Use Linkbold only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable advertising requirements and the terms of your affiliate programs.

  • Do not create links for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, unlawful material, or deceptive redirects.
  • Do not use link shortening to hide required disclosures or evade an affiliate network’s restrictions.
  • Do not interfere with the service, probe for unauthorized access, or generate abusive automated traffic.
  • Do not place passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information in link names, destination URLs, tags, or campaigns.

The operator may disable a harmful link or restrict access to protect the service, comply with legal requirements, or address misuse.

4. Redirects and third-party destinations

Linkbold uses redirects to send visitors to a saved destination. A link owner may change that destination later. Deleting a link or changing its name can make its previously shared address stop working.

Linkbold does not control or endorse third-party destinations, their content, purchases, privacy practices, or affiliate programs. A branded URL is not a guarantee that a destination is safe. Review the destination’s policies before providing information or making a purchase.

5. Domains and analytics

Custom domains require control of the domain, correct DNS records, and successful verification. Domain registration and renewal remain the domain owner’s responsibility. HTTPS activation depends on domain and certificate validation.

Click counts and estimated visitors are informational. Bot filtering is best effort; shared networks, browser behavior, automated visits, and technical failures can affect results. Reports do not establish purchases, commissions, revenue, or verified individual identities.

6. Pricing and future subscriptions

The three monthly tiers and prices displayed on the sales page are placeholders. Displayed allowances are the default plan limits when an administrator activates that plan. The administrator may assign a different allowance, including unlimited access. Prices are not a binding offer. There is no checkout, payment collection, automatic renewal, cancellation fee, or paid trial in the current version.

Before paid subscriptions are offered, the operator must publish final prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, refund rules, and any usage limits. Customers must have an opportunity to review those terms before purchasing.

7. Your content and the service

You retain rights you hold in the link titles, destinations, campaign labels, and other content you submit. You authorize the operator and necessary service providers to store and process that content to provide redirects, administration, and reporting.

You may not represent the Linkbold brand or illustrative sample results as your own customer endorsements. Screenshots on the sales page contain fictional data and do not promise a particular business outcome.

8. Availability, changes, and responsibility

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. No uninterrupted availability, affiliate earnings, traffic levels, or error-free analytics are promised. Export reports you need and keep a separate record of important destinations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the current limited-access service is provided as available, without additional warranties. Nothing in this draft excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commercial liability provisions and governing-law details remain to be finalized before paid launch.

9. Privacy and ending use

The Privacy Policy describes the information processed by the current implementation. A signed-in user can delete their own link and its associated click records through the dashboard. Deleted links no longer redirect.

You may stop using the service at any time. Terminating a ChatGPT account and deleting its provider-held data are separate processes governed by that provider.

10. Contact and revisions

The operator will publish a verified contact channel and complete legal identity before opening commercial subscriptions. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Material subscription terms must be presented before purchase.

Pending launch details: legal operator name, business address, support and legal contact, applicable jurisdiction, and final subscription terms.
